Loewen Appraisal Services was established in 2020 by Martha Loewen, CRA P.App. The focus has also been to provide quality appraisals in the St. Thomas and Elgin County. Martha lives and works in St. Thomas and has a strong knowledge of the local market. Martha is designated by the Appraisal Institute of Canada and can complete single family residential appraisals, multi family dwellings up to a maximum of four units, and rural residential dwellings up to 10 acres in size.

Service Areas

Loewen Appraisal Services specializes in single family dwellings, multi family dwellings (up to four units), rural properties and executive properties within Elgin and Middlesex counties and including the following areas:

Lenders

Appraisal Management Company Contracts

Many lenders use Appraisal Management Companies to request appraisal services. Loewen Appraisal Services has a contract with Nationwide Appraisal Services, Solidifi and RPS Solutions.

Major Lenders

The CRA designation allows files to be completed for most major lenders. If you are requesting an appraisal on behalf of a major lender, please check with the lender as they prefer to order files through the one of the AMC noted above.

Secondary Lenders

Some secondary lenders do not have a list of appraisers, however some prefer to work with a list of specific appraisers. At this time Loewen Appraisal Services is on the approved list of:
