Loewen Appraisal Services has been completing residential appraisal reports within the Elgin and Middlesex Counties (including St. Thomas and London) since 2020. Martha holds a CRA designation which allows her to complete single family residential appraisals, multi family dwellings up to a maximum of four units and rural residential dwellings with up to 10 acres.
